TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a DELTAWAVES product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, DELTAWAVES shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the incorrect price. DELTAWAVES shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, DELTAWAVES shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

REFUNDS
PRODUCT RETURNS POLICY
We will provide an exchange or refund at our discretion on any "proven" faulty goods purchased from DELTAWAVES (excluding MP3/MP4 Downloads).

Providing:
The goods were not damaged in transit
You simply haven't changed your mind (i.e. I don't like it)
You can provide proof of purchase
The goods contain an actual "manufacturing fault"

In the first instance please contact DELTAWAVES to receive a return authorisation number by contacting team@deltawaves.com.au

We then require you to send us back the faulty product at your expense before any replacement or refund is given to:

Upon receipt of the faulty goods, they will be tested for "manufacturing correctness" and if found to be faulty, we will post you a working identical replacement FOC.

SERVICES REFUND POLICY
Any service once exchanged for monetary payment or otherwise is not subject to refund. When payment is received for a Distance Session or Personal Journey CD, the purchaser must contact DELTAWAVES within 28 days and provide all required information and a photograph in order for the service to be carried out. Deltawaves will also contact the purchaser via email and/or phone if provided to prompt for the receiving of all required information and photograph. If the purchaser does not respond and contact DELTAWAVES within the 28 day period with all required information and photograph, payment is forfeited.

In the case of In Person Sessions, cancellations, changes or refunds to bookings are to be arranged at least 24 hours prior to your original booking. Please phone Elizabeth direct in the first instance. If you miss an appointment (and do not inform Elizabeth under 24 hours before your appointment time), then when and if you re-schedule the appointment you will be required to pre-pay your booking in full which is non-refundable if you again miss your re-scheduled appointment without informing Elizabeth within the allotted time frame.

REFUNDS - ADVANCED MENTORING PROGRAM
All deposits paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once program agreement is signed and returned by participants and program has commenced, the full program amount is due to be paid being non-refundable & non-transferable.

PRE-PAID TICKETS REFUND POLICY
Tickets paid for and purchased in advance from DELTAWAVES are not subject to a refund nor are they transferable in the case of inability to attend the said event/workshop.


DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT
We are committed to continually upgrading and improving the quality of our downloadable material available for purchase, therefore we reserve the right to alter at any time the compression file type utilised e.g. MP3, MP4, FLV etc.


COMPETITION AND/OR GIVE AWAY PRIZES
Competition and/or Give Away Prizes awarded by DELTAWAVES must be claimed within 14 days of email notification of the win from DELTAWAVES to the recipient. If recipient does not contact DELTAWAVES within this 14 day time frame they forfeit their prize and it may be awarded to another recipient at the discretion of DELTAWAVES.


PERSONAL TESTIMONIALS
Any and all reviews and personal testimonials freely submitted by individuals relating to the services and or/products of DELTAWAVES and Elizabeth Peru once submitted by electronic, written or other means become the property of DELTAWAVES and Elizabeth Peru and can be used in an advisory capacity for advertising of DELTAWAVES and Elizabeth Peru at our discretion.

DELTAWAVES makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of this site's content or the content of any site or External Sites.

PERSONAL INFORMATION:
It is DELTAWAVES usual practice to collect personal information directly from you.
Sometimes DELTAWAVES collects personal information from a third party if you have consented or would reasonably expect us to collect the information in this way, for example from publicly available sources such as websites, business marketing or telephone directories.

DELTAWAVES does not collect personal information about you if you only browse this website.

USES:
DELTAWAVES only uses your personal information for the purposes for which you give it to us and for related, internal management purposes.

DELTAWAVES does not give information about you to other organisations or anyone else unless one of the following applies:

* you'd expect us to or we have told you we will
* it is required or authorised by law
* it will prevent or lessen a serious and imminent threat to somebody's life or health or

DELTAWAVES analyses non-identifiable website traffic data to improve our services.

If you are on one or more of DELTAWAVES email lists you may opt out of further contact from us by clicking the leave mailing list option in all emails sent.



SKYPE/PHONE SERVICES
Please Note: In the majority of cases Skype calls are very reliable and can be readily relied upon. However, given the changing nature of the internet it is possible that interruptions to services may occur in which case the following guidelines are given to provide clarity and guidance.

Skype/Phone Sessions can be rescheduled but will not be refunded if you simply change your mind. If prior to or during your Skype call time your internet connection is disrupted and the call is unable to go ahead please email elizabeth@deltawaves.com.au (if possible) to let her know OR text Elizabeth on Aust 0422 002 917 or Intl +61 422 002 917

Once your internet connection is stable again please email Elizabeth to arrange a new time and day for your session.

If prior to or during your call time Elizabeth's internet connection is disrupted she will either contact you via email (if possible) or text to let you know. Once Elizabeth's internet connection is stable again she will email you to arrange a new time and day for your session.

If either of our internet connections are unstable during a session and this makes the session ineffective we will halt the call and arrange a new time and date when both connections are stable.
