ISSUE 13 - March 2008

Welcome to a month of fresh energy that has been heralded in by the shake-up of the two eclipses that February provided. We are all really zipping up the evolutionary ladder in 2008, so expect yourself to be challenged in breaking away from the old outmoded structures in your life to step into your true, new personal power!

I know I keep on saying this, but this is the year to Follow Your Fears. By accepting that in surmounting yours fears you see they were only projections of your own lack of self-belief in YOU, you grow in self-esteem, self-confidence and thus, self-love. This is truly the key and path to loving yourself.

March will be a month where we get to lay down the solid structures in our life. Much like a pyramid has four sides to keep it stable and allow the energy to be concentrated in the peak, so we need to create stability around us on earth to reach the heights of spiritual connection.

This month if you live in Adelaide, I invite you to join me at one of my Workshops, Groups, Personal Sessions or Free Talks. I'm also hosting the Adelaide screening of Zeitgeist The Movie, a real eye opener on ancient Egypt and the bible and the events of 911. I am also back at The McLaren Vale Spiritual Creativity Market on March 16th giving short healings/messages.

I'm also placing energy behind having The Crystal City Website up and running in full capacity so you are able to access the wealth of information pertaining to Adelaide being a mecca for Ancient Atlantean souls reincarnating to clear their karma.

I'm also working on a project of deep importance to this planet involved with the healing sounds of our powerful feline friends. There is a new page on my website Feline Sound Healing, where I detail this work and very soon will be releasing a CD and my new work of Purr Healing©.

March is a period of building structures that support your soul urge!

March is a universal “4” month (3+2+0+0+8=13=1+3 =4). This gives us some indication that during March we will all be involved in building up structure and form in our lives. But not just any structure and form. We have just come out of a powerful double eclipse month in February where all of our most innate “self-caring” urges have been rumbled. You can no longer deny the pull of your heart to be on purpose rather than procrastinating about your life's direction and purpose. This is the loving voice of your soul which nudges you to try new possibilities and ways of thinking, feeling and being in your life.

To add to this on March 4, Mars enters the sun sign of Cancer where it will reside for another two months. This will be a productive period for all Cancerians especially, but everyone will be affected around home, security, parents and family. Expect your emotional responses to feelings to be close to the surface around home and family. What an excellent period to move through past issues in relation to home and family which may be holding you back from living the life you came here to lead.

The New Moon occurs on Saturday March 8 at 2.44am in Pisces. Coupled with both Venus and Mars in water signs we are all being asked to really allow the strong feelings within us to emerge and not be intellectualised too much. In other words let it all out physically (feelings) without bringing too much thought in about why (i.e. emotions).

March 19 sees us enter under the sun sign of Aries and in the southern hemisphere we welcome in Autumn Equinox and Spring Equinox in the north. The equinox is a time when the sun can be seen to be immediately above the earth's equator. In other words, issues of being centered and balanced will be at the forefront of our lives. Keep this in mind around this most powerful of times. Perhaps use this day to celebrate your own current or desired ability to dip into both sides of the scales equally and without fear.

There is a Full Moon in Libra on March 22 at 3.53am again continuing on with the theme of balance for wholeness in our lives. We are being tested and stretched to honour our own soul urges. Just asking to know what your soul wants for you is all that is required. The answers are then free to come flooding in with perfect timing.

These are days when there is an opening, a window, a portal in which cosmic energies flow strongly between dimensions. These are high power days when it will serve you to be aware of the opportunity to tap into these energies to download information and be supported in making major changes and shifts in your life.

Feline Sound Healers - My Interviews on Global Internet Radio
On February 23, I was the special guest on the “Lanto's Lantern” radio show on Contact Talk Radio, which broadcasts out of Seattle, Washington, USA www.contacttalkradio.com

Thank you to Suzanna for asking me to appear on her show after reading my article “Our Feline Sound Healers” on The Cosmic Lighthouse.

In this first show I discussed the amazing sound healing abilities of the cats purr and the scientific evidence behind the frequency ranges in a purr and how purring mends broken bones and all manner of soft tissue damage in the body.



My Second Radio Show on Feline Sound Healers

Q.   Where do you get all this information from about what's going on energetically Elizabeth? Pam, Melb,Aust.

A.  People often ask me this and my answer is, that such knowledge comes from a very enquiring mind and soul and a trust of self I have built up over the years by having that very enquiring mind and soul. I would say to question everything until it feels right for you. I read a lot, especially on the internet. In fact the internet has developed my love of reading with the information being so accessible and fast. I also notice the “signs” that pop up all around me everyday and I ask “What does that mean for me?” By signs I mean number plates, songs on the radio, conversations, animals around you etc. etc. Spirit works in the most organic ways and will rarely pop a whiteboard down in front of your eyes with the answers to all your questions. So stay tuned all around for the signs that are the answers to your inner urgings.
In summary I would suggest:
- Attend Weekly Groups and Courses where you get to meet like minded people and be constantly around others who are going through the same changes as you are. This feeds your self esteem and therefore trust in your own innate intelligence
- Read, Read, Read. Books, the internet and Write or Draw how you feel and what insights are coming to you. Keep a journal and track the messages coming to you so you can correlate them with what others are saying and also going through around you.
- Gain a basic knowledge of the planets and their movements by reading a good astrology journal. The planets really do impact on us energetically.
- Take a risk and step outside of the square of mainstream thinking. Try something different so you constantly challenge your own perceptions of reality. When out in nature ponder everything from the rings in a tree to the way water runs down a drain.
- Know that you are capable of tapping into all knowledge just by remembering who you are.
- Walk your Walk. We can talk and learn for as long as we like, but one day you will be called by yourself to put all the knowledge you have accumulated into action. This is when the greatest growth and trust begins!

I have been receiving The Spirit of Water Newsletter for some time now but during February felt the strong message to purchase their “Water Blessing Labels”. This company based in Oregon, USA took the lead from the movie “What The Bleep” and the work of Dr. Masaru Emoto www.masaru-emoto.net and started producing water blessing labels for use on drinking glasses, water bottles, baby bottles, food jars, pet and plant water, mirrors and windows.
