What is Skype?
Using Skype is both FREE and easy.
It simply needs to be downloaded onto your computer from www.skype.com

Once installed, Skype allows your computer and broadband internet connection to be used as an online telephone system to dial any other Skype user in the world, for any length of time and for free.
Elizabeth uses a super fast 30Mbps, Telstra Bigpond cable broadband connection.

Live video
You will see Elizabeth speaking to you live via the video function on Skype - just like a real time face to face session.

Using your Skype account
When you set up a Skype account you will be given a Skype id. Please ensure that you test your Skype account to ensure that it is functioning well before contacting Elizabeth.

When booking a Skype reading you will be requested to give your Skype id to Elizabeth.

Note: WHEN MAKING YOUR CALL
It is requested that the person receiving The Soul Truth™ session via Skype be the only person present in the room during a session.

Sessions often bring up private information about the caller and having the energy of others in the room may well block sensitive frequencies and clarity from being fully relayed.

Phone Consultations
Elizabeth can also mentor you via phone line. Elizabeth has a dedicated phone line for sessions. Simply advise Elizabeth when booking your session that you would like to use a landline for the call.

Elizabeth will forward you her contact landline/phone number for the session. It is the responsibility of the person booking the call to pick up all costs of the phone call in addition to the session payment.

Your Skype/Phone Consultation with Elizabeth is an intense soul mentoring session.

Sessions must be pre-booked and paid for at least 24 hours in advance of the call taking place.

This minimum 24 hour time period allows you to prepare and begin processing energy resistance, which may arise once, you have committed to personal transformation with Elizabeth. Elizabeth also begins to remotely connect with you during this time period prior to your call.

Skype/Phone Soul Truth™ Consultations with Elizabeth are a very different experience to an online psychic information service that can be phoned at short notice.

HOW TO ORDER - The process is simple

1. Booking your Skype/Phone Soul Truth™ Personal Session

Begin by purchasing your Personal Session via PayPal using your credit card or bank account.

Booking Times (depending on availability)
Monday, Thursday, Friday 11.00am to 6.00pm

All appointments are scheduled in Adelaide, Australian Central Standard Time +9.5GMT, unless otherwise advised.
You will need to use the time zone converter to convert your local time to Adelaide, Australian Central Standard Time +9.5GMT when advising what time and day you would prefer your call.

During your purchase, please enter under 'Instructions'
- your Skype user id
- your contact mobile phone number
- your preferred time and day for the call in Adelaide, Australian Central Standard Time +9.5GMT (not your local time) - also please advise if it is a Skype or Phone call you prefer.

2. What happens after I have booked and paid for my session?

Once your payment has been successfully completed you will be emailed an automatic receipt from PayPal. Please ensure you enter a valid email address into PayPal, so Elizabeth can contact you. No responsibility is taken for invalid email addresses that cannot be replied to.

Elizabeth will then email you separately to confirm your Skype User ID and your booking time and date and/or confirm your land line call. Elizabeth confirms all sessions via email; however, it is your responsibility to record and remind yourself of your session in your local time.

Please allow up to 14 days from receiving of your information and payment for your Skype/phone session to be completed (usually much sooner).

_FAQ - Skype & Phone Personal Sessions

Please Note: In the majority of cases Skype calls are very robust and can be readily relied upon. However, given the changing nature of the Internet it is possible that interruptions to services may occur in which case the following guidelines are given to provide clarity and guidance.

Q. What happens if I need to change my session time and date?
A.   If you are not able to keep your scheduled session time you must email Elizabeth at least two business days prior to your session. Sessions can be rescheduled but will not be refunded if you simply change your mind.

Q. What happens if before or during my session my Internet is 'down' or being interrupted?
A.   If prior to or during your call time your Internet connection is disrupted and the call is unable to go ahead please email elizabeth@deltawaves.com.au (if possible) to let her know OR text Elizabeth on Aust 0422 002 917 or Intl +61 422 002 917. Once your Internet connection is stable again please email Elizabeth to arrange a new time and day for your session.

Q. What happens if Elizabeth's Internet is 'down' or being interrupted before or during a session?
A.   If prior to or during your call time Elizabeth's Internet connection is disrupted she will either contact you via email (if possible) or text to let you know. Once Elizabeth's Internet connection is stable again she will call you back or arrange a new time and day for your session.

Q. What happens if both of our Internet connections are interrupted during the session?
A.   If both Internet connections are unstable during a session and this makes the session ineffective Elizabeth will halt the call and arrange a new time and date when both connections are stable.
