SETTING AN INTENT FOR YOUR PROGRAM Just prior to commencing your program, Elizabeth will ask you to set an intent of what it is you want to work on and see develop in your life over the 4 sessions/weeks with Elizabeth. This will form the basis of every session and ensure you are focusing on the areas of most importance to you.
