Grounded and Practical Sessions
Elizabeth is known for her very simple approach to healing. Each verbal and combined session will feel like a normal, natural conversation as Elizabeth guides you through a heart-opening down to earth talking process.
_THE SESSIONS/ SOUL TRUTH The Soul Truth™ is a verbal session where Elizabeth uses her intuitive and soul opening abilities to set up conversation wit your heart. Elizabeth sets a personalised space for each client she sees. Upon your arrival Elizabeth will have already tuned into you. You will have personal 'messages' waiting for you and colours already chosen especially for you that personally attune you to 'your unique soul pattern'.

Your session will feel like you are having a normal conversation. You will be encouraged to be as open as possible in the two-way interaction. The more open you can be the greater trust between you and Elizabeth and the stronger the messages will flow.

A 'unique' energy session
The Acceleration™ is an energetic healing technique developed by Elizabeth, that taps into source energy. Through a sequence of hand movements it delivers waves of high and fine vibration into your auric and physical body. It is a very natural, flowing technique. The Acceleration™ energy flows through Elizabeth and is uniquely transferred to you via different channels at each session.
How does The Acceleration™ work?
Elizabeth will access source energy via her intent, hands and voice through the different layers of the auric field. She works directly into the energy vortexes (chakras) of the body. Your vibration is raised and magnified through the session.
Immediate Uptakeand Energy Re-build

Please arrive approx. 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. Elizabeth rarely runs late. It is the client's responsibility to note and remember their appointment time and date. SMS messages are sent out to Adelaide bookings as a reminder before your appointment date. Please understand, that if you arrive late for your appointment, your session time may be reduced so as not to inconvenience the following client and you will still be required to pay in full. Cancellations, changes or refunds to bookings are to be arranged at least 24 hours prior to your original booking. Please phone Elizabeth direct in the first instance. If you miss an appointment (and do not inform Elizabeth under 24 hours before your appointment time) then when and if you re-schedule the appointment you will be required to pre-pay your booking in full which is non-refundable if you again miss your re-scheduled appointment without informing Elizabeth within the allotted time frame.
:: IMPORTANT INFORMATION :: When you commit on any level to The Soul Truth™ or The Acceleration™ you may find challenges arise in your established way of thinking, feeling and being, as you immediately begin to shift fears from your energy field. Once you fully commit and arrange an appointment, these fears may work their way through to your physical body. So it is perfectly natural and normal to come up with some aches and pains, sore throats and headaches etc. in the days prior to a session. This can be a sign that you are shifting those fears, which hold you back. They are ready to be released! You are de-toxing.
This discomfort (unless severe or contagious) does not have to stop you from attending, as you are in the perfect space to let go of the old outmoded ways in readiness for the new. If you are unsure in any way, please contact Elizabeth to discuss.
_FAQ - In Person Sessions - The Soul Truth™ & The Acceleration™
Q. What should I bring to a session? A. In committing to attend a session you have already created the space for transformation to occur. In fact it begins with that very commitment. Now bring your open mind heart and a willingness to actively find your truth. Also consider what you want to achieve from your work with Elizabeth. Bringing a water bottle is also advised, as you will be de-toxing on all levels prior to, during and after a session. Crystal soaked Elixir Water will be provided for your enjoyment at your session.
Q. What should I wear?
A. It is preferable to wear white or coloured clothing that fits loosely and/or is comfortable. It is recommended not to wear black clothing for the session. If black is required it will be introduced by Elizabeth during a session depending on individual needs. All sessions are conducted fully clothed.
Q. How do I know if I need multiple sessions? A. For your first session with Elizabeth it is recommended you experience The Soul Truth™ PLUS The Acceleration™. This gives you a well rounded verbal and energetic healing and allows you and Elizabeth to connect. At your initial session Elizabeth will discuss with you options and suitability of multiple sessions and their complement to your continued progress.
Q. Can I attend a session if I am pregnant? A. Yes! The Soul Truth™ and The Acceleration™ is particularly helpful to pregnant women and unborn children who have been shown to respond in the womb to gentle and uplifting vibrations. Scientific studies into this subject produced the hugely successful (The Mozart Effect) books and CD's by Don Campbell. Please advise at the beginning of a session if you are pregnant so use of essential oils can be assessed.
Q. How may I feel prior to and after a session? A. Everyone is different. Some people may feel elated and optimistic after a session whilst feeling quite low a day or so before they have committed to attending. Whereas some people may feel the opposite, elated before a session and low for a day or two afterward. Both feelings are very normal. Everyone works through different emotions and life issues so please go easy on yourself and realise that every feeling is valid and that your own innate soul and guidance will be directing you prior to during and after each session.
Q. How many sessions should I attend? A. The more honest and open you can be in a session the quicker shifts will occur in your life. This is crucial and key if you are to establish a trusting, healing relationship with Elizabeth. Sometimes clients knowingly hold back vital information about their past which could help them in their present. This only results in delaying a release from the fears and shames that bind us.
Some people commit to as many sessions as required to help them achieve personal goals. This is highly subjective to each individual's desire, amount of energy disturbances, commitment to change and financial situation.
For clients who attend Personal Sessions with Elizabeth more than once, a strong rapport can be built and sessions can accelerate rapid spiritual and physical advancement.
Elizabeth offers MULTIPLE SESSIONS and will discuss these with you at your initial In Person Session.
If Elizabeth believes you have reached a point of readiness to go it on your own, she will let you know. Elizabeth strongly does not encourage co-dependency.
Elizabeth has also seen clients who are in town for a short while and would like a DOUBLE session to assist them in the limited time they have available.
