All appointments are scheduled in Adelaide, Australian Central Standard Time +9.5GMT, unless otherwise advised.
You will need to use the time zone converter to convert your local time to Adelaide, Australian Central Standard Time +9.5GMT when advising what time and day you would prefer your call.
During your purchase, please enter under “Instructions” your Skype user id, your contact mobile phone number and your preferred time and day for the call in Adelaide, Australian Central Standard Time +9.5GMT (not your local time) Also please advise if you wish to make a land line call for your consultation.

2. Once your payment has been successfully completed you will be emailed an automatic receipt from PayPal. Please ensure you enter a valid email address into PayPal, so Elizabeth can contact you. No responsibility is taken for invalid email addresses that cannot be replied to.
3. Elizabeth will then email you separately to confirm your Skype User ID and your booking
time and date and/or confirm your land line call.
Elizabeth confirms all sessions via email; however, it is your responsibility to record and remind yourself of your session in your local time.
Please allow up to 14 days from receiving of your information and payment for your Skype/phone session to be completed (usually much sooner).
SKYPE CALL FAQ's
Please Note: In the majority of cases Skype calls are very robust and can be readily relied upon. However, given the changing nature of the internet it is possible that interruptions to services may occur in which case the following guidelines are given to provide clarity and guidance.
Q. What happens if I need to change my session time and date?
A. If you are not able to keep your scheduled session time you must email Elizabeth at least two business days prior to your session.
Sessions can be rescheduled but will not be refunded if you simply change your mind.
Q. What happens if before my session my internet is 'down' or being interrupted?
A. If prior to your call time your internet connection is disrupted and the call is unable to go ahead please email elizabeth@deltawaves.com.au (if possible) to let her know OR text Elizabeth on Aust 0422 002 917 or Intl +61 422 002 917. Once your internet connection is stable again please email Elizabeth to arrange a new time and day for your session.
Q. What happens if Elizabeth's internet is 'down' or being interrupted before a session?
A. If prior to your call time Elizabeth's internet connection is disrupted she will either contact you via email (if possible) or text to let you know. Once Elizabeth's internet connection is stable again she will email you to arrange a new time and day for your session.
Q. What happens if either of our internet connections are interrupted during the session?
A. If either of our internet connections are unstable during a session and this makes the session ineffective we will halt the call and arrange a new time and date when both connections are stable.
